LTCF
Hello All,
I applied for me on January 11th. The yellow card came back January 19th. Either they are getting caught up or are not delaying issuing the permit as long as they used to.Last edited by 41 Redhawk; January 21st, 2008 at 03:28 PM.

Re: LTCF
Just applied for mine today. I definitely wouldn't mind getting it back in 8 days like you!

Re: LTCF
The cute one was very nice when I went in. The cranky one must be the sign enforcer. That was the only thing I heard her say....oh wait a minute, I did here her say the she "wasn't running any PICS checks"

Re: LTCF
Maybe the cute one will be a bit friendlier when I go back to get my permit. Although I am curious, why can't they mail it? I'm pretty sure they have everything they need (already took my pic, have bkgrd info, and I coulda given the money while I was there)...I guess they just enjoy making it as inconvenient as possible.

Re: LTCF
Some counties to mail it. Fortunately for me (in this case any ways) I work two blocks from the courthouse.

Re: LTCF
It's not too bad for me either...except that parking is a bitch. I go to school in oakland so it's only a 5 to 10 minute drive down there. Last time I had my roommate drop me off and drive around until I was done with the paperwork. When I go to pick it up, I'll do the same thing, although it probably won't take half as long since I just gotta pay and pick it up.

Re: LTCF
Grab a 61*. It runs right through Oakland, past Pitt and CMU and also drops off right beside the courthouse. 71A will get you there as well but takes 5th Ave back instead of Forbes (thus avoiding the detour)
