    I had my choice between a 50AE or a 44MAG for almost the same price. I like the 44 better, I shoot it alot and ammo is much cheaper and easier to find. Plus the 44MAG shoots better in my opinion.

    It will shoot it and sometimes eject the spent shell but the next one gets jammed straight up in the slide. also a 44 special I don't think has the power to bring the slide the whole way back, even lighter 44 mag rounds have trouble sometimes.
