Re: False information from the Sheriffs office
The Lehigh county LTCF came with a little flier in the mail. It says something of the sort "This license allows you to carry a firearm CONCEALED on your person. It does not license you to carry openly, although this is legal. However you may be stopped by police if you do so in Allentown or Philadelphia."

Re: False information from the Sheriffs office

Re: False information from the Sheriffs office
Maybe this needs to be updated:

(i) makes any materially false oral statement;
(ii) makes any materially false written statement, including a statement on any form promulgated by Federal or State agencies; or

Re: False information from the Sheriffs office
I wish when someone in an official capacity stated these made-up "facts" that their anus would begin to get a tingly-burning sensation.
That'd put a stop to this shit REAL fast.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
