    The Lehigh county LTCF came with a little flier in the mail. It says something of the sort "This license allows you to carry a firearm CONCEALED on your person. It does not license you to carry openly, although this is legal. However you may be stopped by police if you do so in Allentown or Philadelphia."

    Why does Allentown think they're special? I'm really tired of towns making up laws to enforce.

    Maybe this needs to be updated:
    6111(g) (4) Any person, purchaser or transferee commits a felony of the third degree if, in connection with the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm under this chapter, he knowingly and intentionally:
    (i) makes any materially false oral statement;
    (ii) makes any materially false written statement, including a statement on any form promulgated by Federal or State agencies; or

    To:
    6111(g) (4) Any person, purchaser or transferee commits a felony of the third degree if, in connection with the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm, or LTCF, under this chapter, he knowingly and intentionally:
    (i) makes any materially false oral statement;
    (ii) makes any materially false written statement, including a statement on any form promulgated by Federal or State agencies; or
    The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.

    I wish when someone in an official capacity stated these made-up "facts" that their anus would begin to get a tingly-burning sensation.

    That'd put a stop to this shit REAL fast.
