Retire Phila Cop .. Carrying in New Jersey ?
Meet a retired Phila cop today at work .. We started bs'n about this and that .. He tells me he is retired and does odd's and ends .. I said .. " Be safe out there buddy " .. He turns to me and shows me his CC Glock .. I said nice .. I said but you go to Jersey all the time .. He said he was allowed to carry in Jersey, being a retired Phila Cop .. I said I don't think so buddy .. you better make sure about that. Am I wrong about this ?

Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act. He can carry under federal law as a retired police officer if he meets certain requirements.
