What are people's view of the Baretta 92 FS 15 round magazine?

It sells for around 489 plus tax and is NIB, so I'm wondering what people think of the gun itself and the price. I know it's not the 1911, which is my dads gripe about it, but besides that I know very little first hand.

It's a good reliable firearm and you couldn't go wrong. Make sure it fits your hand.

i have a 92d. when i pull the trigger it goes bang and the bullet hits roughly where im pointing the gun. reliable but not sexy.

The US Military has been issuing the Beretta M9 (92FS) for over 25 years, so it's not a piece of crap. I shot M9s when i was in the Army, they're typical of the wonder 9's of their era.

It's an accurate gun with pretty good capacity and a nice long barrel that generates a lot of velocity, but it's also a very large and heavy pistol as well.

Like all guns, it has it's pluses and minuses.

I have a Beretta 92 FS and I love it. It's a reliable gun and I have put over 1000 rounds through it with no problems at all, not even a misfire.

Thanks one thing to keep in mind is that it's a first pistol, so nothing too up the ladder in price or experience required at this point.

The price is right, mine was $650 roughly, but I have it in the stainless. That price is after tax and NICS call.

Hmm, nice tax is only going to be 30 bucks, how much are the NICS/PICS fees usually?

Stainless is 569 for 10 rounds and 599 for 15. How big of a difference is the stainless vs the other material for you?
