cheapest transfers in SE PA?
Hi, I'm looking for an FFL that will do cheaper transfers in the SE PA area. The only store I know of here is targetmaster and they charge $50 for an FFL transfer. I'll pay that if I have to, but it seems to be more than what other people are paying. Are there any deals?

Re: cheapest transfers in SE PA?
Pete's Outdoor Store in Kennett charges $35, and it's only 10 minutes from Targetmaster. Village Arms in Gap is also $35. I've used both and they are both good to deal with.
$50 at Targetmaster, It seems that alot of their stuff is high priced.

Re: cheapest transfers in SE PA?
I went to Dick Hughy in Aston, he charges $25 for transfers. I found him on Gunbroker's listings.
He's a 'kitchen table' FFL. It suprised me when he said he does "tons" of transfers, probably because he is one of the cheapest places in the area.

Re: cheapest transfers in SE PA?
Good to know about that one in Aston. There is also Ken Crane in Crum Lyne (1/4 mi from Walmart) who charged $35 last time I checked. You have to call him first and I don't think he likes doing transfers for guns that he has in inventory.
All the places in the city are $$$$$.

Re: cheapest transfers in SE PA?
ok so far king sporting goods
http://www.betterbullets.com/
is close and does transfers for $25 private and $40 for interenet auction transfers
miller's sporting goods is nearby but I need to call them for the rate
http://www.millersgunshop.com/
and suburban armory is also nearby and I'll also need to call them for the rate
their website appears to be a wok in progress
http://www.suburbanarmory.com/
and gordon's sporting goods is very near to me but I've never seen it. I'll have to stop by and see what they charge.
