    Default New rimfire

Hey all, snagged up a brand new Savage 93R17 FV yesterday. Feels like a pretty solid rifle. Unfortunately, between work and gathering money for a scope and mounts, I won't be able to shoot her right away.

I can tell; everyone I've read things from who has one say they are a treat to use. I just wish I could shoot it now and not have to wait on a scope. BUT, it doesn't have iron sights. Damn...

i have the SAME EXACT GUN... bought it about two weeks ago.

I guarantee you will want to change the stock out on it. It only took one range trip for me to decide that on mine. check out Boyd's stocks. They are great to deal with.

Only time and use will tell, but I can't wait to get her to the range and on some squirrels!
