Why Are Nutter, Chief Ramsey Playing Games With Philly Murder Rate?
Murders are up, but Philly PD’s website states they are down — because they’re comparing this year’s killings to those from 2007!

You don't even have to read that website. Just look at PPDOnline directly. The stats posted on the homicide rate don't make any sense. They're showing a decline but they're basing it on 2007 homicides.
