Default New to the area and Site. I'm looking for Turkey/Ham Shoots

Hi. I'm new to the area. I Live in NEPA. I'm looking for some Turkey/Ham shoots in the area. I live in East Stroudsburg. I called a couple ranges in the area and they didn't know of any. So i was wondering if someone on here does, whether there in NEPA, lower NY or NWNJ, or even allentown area that would be great.

Op, Turkey shoots are not popular in PA, Most PA. residents would,nt know what it is .

When i lived in New York City come November all the Gun Clubs have Turkey shoots including my club, the Woodhaven Pistol And Rifle Club in queens.

However there are many other fun Games that you can enjoy hare in Pa. JUst find a nice club and hope that you can get in, as most of them are always full, or you need to be sponsored by someone who knows you for a while, unlike new york or new jersey where you can just go join a club as long as you have the money.

And even after you join they wont share the Sardines and crackers with you.

Do what most of us do out here find a coiuple acres of cheap country land where you can shoot and hunt and buy it.

I see cheap land selling for as little as $500 per accre.

Or take your chance and shoot at the public ranges , just make sure to buy a hunting or range license, the money goes to a good cause.
