    Got mine in 5 working days. Same letter came with it. When I took the application in, I was provided a copy of PA Firearms laws as well as a 4 page paper apparently printed out from the Atty. general's website with the reciprocity agreements. I guess the old sheriff doesn't care what state law is. Only cares about what his law is. It's a shame nothing can change that.
