I've been 12 years smoke free, haven't cheated once. Quit cold turkey. Instead of a medal, I've had years of not coughing my head off, not stinking up every room I enter, and not missing fun conversations to head out and light up. Bravo to you guys for joining the "I'm not gonna do it anymore" club. I can tell you (although you guys know) and those others who are reading this, that it's never the nagging or the arguments or the TV commercials - it has to come from inside the person themselves that they refuse to be dominated by the cigarette anymore.
Know your audience. Don't try to sell a Prius at a Monster Truck Rally.
