The shame of it is if he'd stuck around, accepted the fact his rifle didn't seem up to spec.....for um, safety reasons......and listened up not only would he have had a wealth of knowledge to fall back on but the potential of getting assistance from members who could have guided him in the construction of a viable firearm. looks like a standard military grade stepped 8X57 or similar barrel. wait till they take all the guns, you will wish you knew this guy...
