That's debatable. IMO a criminal that does street robberies is likely a retard...a junkie or a conbination thereof. The risk is way too high for the money involved.

Their stupid as a box of rocks, but masters at manipulation and sensing a score. Of course, I would suspect that sense is helped by those who make a display of their holdings.

I wonder how some of these people don't get lit up by security. Dressed like trash, wandering around spending little or nothing and paying too much attention to patrons of the casino.

I agree that situational awareness is huge and consider this equal to carring a gun in importance. The problem is punks know old defenseless people with money go to the casino. PAFOA does not promote unlawful conduct, and the prohibition on deadly weapons in casinos is a state law.

I don't see any point in a discussion on how to try to evade a state law. If you want to change the law, discuss that. If you want to violate the law, you're on your own.

Why was the poster issued an infraction for this post when this matter is very unsettled? This topic involves two significant issues in regards to state agency preemption of the possession of firearms and the meaning of no-items signs. Even with that, no one has noted that Harrah's Chester currently has such a sign in place.

There is no preemption of a state law by another state law.

Asking whether one can successfully sneak a gun into a "no guns" venue, or whether the staff checks for them, is not at all what PAFOA is about.

We're a law-abiding group. When the law is absurd, there are ways to change them, and the legitimate activists have done so in the past. I expect they will do so in the future. There was nothing in that post that even hinted about reformation of the laws, it just reeked of "can I get away with unlawful conduct?"
