3rd Annual Fall Sporting Goods Only Sale

It's that time again. The annual Fall Sporting Goods Only Sale at my place. This sale is open to all PAFOA members that want to try to sell their unwanted/unneeded sporting goods. In the past we've made it a bit of a get together, meet and greet, etc. I'll have liquid refreshments and snacks and you can bring just about anything else you want to add to the festivities. It is a PSU AWAY game so you don't have to worry about traffic.

WHO: Any PAFOA member that wants to participate

WHAT: Sporting Goods Only Garage Sale

WHERE: 307 Matilda Ave, Lemont, PA (Just outside of State College, about a mile from the Nittany Mall

WHEN: October 21 & 22 (Friday/Saturday), Rain or Shine, it will be inside a 2 car garage.

ADVERTISING: I will take care of the advertising in the local papers and just ask participants to chip in for the cost of the ads (usually about $36 total)

WHY: Get rid of your excess sporting goods, raise money for new goodies

HOW: If you want to sell and can't be there, you can drop your stuff off at my house the week before and I'll try to sell it for you. Price it and give me a list of the stuff with your bottom price (I won't immediately go to that if someone is interested, I'll dicker).

Here is some of what will be there:

Ruger MKIII .22, Blued, 5 1/2" bull barrel - NIB
Ruger P95, 9mm
Custom 9mm AR with Millet red dot sight
10/22 wood stock with METAL front band and butt plate
10/22 synthetic stock
10/22 barrel, blued, new never used
.38 Spl brass, cleaned
Lyman Tru-Line Jr press
Lyman Tru-Line Jr press with #55 powder measure and new .45 LC dies
Different holsters
Mil Surp stuff
Weapon Shield (pen needle oilers and 4 oz containers)
Empty chamber flags
Portable Target Stands
Various scopes, one a LER (long eye relief)
Used Poulan 16" chain saw with extra chains and bar
Whatever else is brought by members to sell (typically there are at least a half dozen handguns and 4 to 6 long arms)

Again, the sale is open to all PAFOA members. I am a FFL so I have all the forms required to do any transfers (handguns).

WHAT WON'T BE THERE: Romance novels (sorry guys

), pots and pans (other than what might be used for camping or at a hunting camp), kids toys, baskets, glassware.

Less than a week before the sale. Gather up your unwanted/unneeded sporting goods and sell them and buy something new.

Y'all need to come out and visit, lots of stuff for sale

.22 survival rifle, a couple of AR's (one in 9mm), SKS, handguns, rifles, airsoft, paintball guns, wood and synthetic 10/22 stocks, reloading stuff, box of .45-70 ammo, 32" color TV (works good), 16" chain saw w/extra chains and bars, and who knows what else might show up.

FOAC will also have a table set up with freebies from PA politicians.

Anything requiring a formal transfer can be done on site at a discounted price.

was kinda hoping you would have had a tumbler listed.....yeah well ill see you prob saturday cuz we wont get in till about 8pm..

Sale starts tomorrow, bright and early. Doors open at 8 AM but if you're here earlier I'll be ready (might stillbe putting stuff out but I'lll be ready).
