Default Help with a couple Shotguns

    Hello,

I have a couple shotguns that were my grandfathers. I was hoping someone might be able to give me some information on them. How old they might be, what they may be worth, etc...

neither one is in mint condition for sure but here are some pics!

forgot to take a picture, but the only marking that I saw on this one that it is a 12 ga. and it said "White Powder Wonder"

The Stevens model 59 was made from the 30's to the 70's. The stamping on the barrel will narrow down the date a little, as different stamps were used at various times. There are some parts available for the gun at

Try putting the name "Stevens" and 59A on your post. There are quite a few Stevens enthusiasts around. They can help define the time frame that the gun was made.
It is hard to tell what the 12ga is. It looks like a Cresent made before WWll, but that is a SWAG.
