Stripped Lowers in/near Chester/Delaware County

I'm looking to build and AR-15 lower and add a complete upper. I'd like to avoid the shipping and ffl fees associated with an online purchase of a stripped lower

So, any suggestions for best shops for stripped lowers in Chester/Delaware County.

I live in Kennett and work in Wilmington. So Southern Chester and Delaware county are preferred.

Check with Target master in Chadds Ford, they get Spikes Tactical stripped for $115 out the door from time to time. Call to see if they have them. Their customer service has come a long way, Last time I was there the guys were very professional.

I know Gordon's in Eagle just got in some stripper AR lowers by Para Ordnance

Pa sales tax on $99.99 is $6.00 and they charge $5.00 for PICs fee. Still only$110.99 out the door!
