Reputation with a blue square.
Just noticed I got some rep. But to the left of the thread title there is a blue square where all the rest are green.
Was this negative rep (I though that was red) or is it because the user who left is has a low post count (less than 40)?

The repper does not have any rep count to give (post count <50). Its an 'atta-boy' but no raise in salary.
