Best tasting game you've eaten?

I'm doing some research for a project. Help me out.
What is the best tasting game you have eaten? It doesn't have to be PA game, anywhere in the world.
So far, mine is a deep fried wild turkey. I've had some good venison sausage, but it's still not as good as hot italian pork sausage. Anyone ever have wild boar sausage?

A limit of Teal Ducks taken by 0645 on opening day in Kansas, cleaned,split and grilled for lunch later that day, Thinkin about it still makes my mouthwater when I'm sittin in the chowhall eatin powdered egg's waitin to get the hell out of Iraq already. Lol

On a serious note, my aunt made wild turkey and dumplings in a crock pot that was out of this world.

going to have to agree although I'm pretty fond of Alligator as well as most PA game birds.

The 60 Lb albacore I caught in the Gulf of Mexico counts. Decked at 3:30AM, packed at 5:00AM and on the grill at 11:00AM.
