Re: Open carry in restaurants
You're absolutely right, you're not entitled to your opinion when it comes to OC. I was even threatened that if I showed up for a social event I would be attacked for my views. It's no doubt misdirected anger since often when they do OC, there are repercussions they think are unreasonable. Of course if someone walked into a department store right past an armed guard who didn't question a carrier and they mowed down their family, watch the law suits fly.
Get used to it, they pick fights at the slightest hint of something they can twist as anti or troll and unfortunately there isn't anybody managing it.

Re: Open carry in restaurants
I've addressed TWO people in this thread regarding this incessant trolling and baiting... one from each "side".
(It PISSES me off that there are "SIDES" regarding our rights, but that's another matter entirely)
Perhaps you were typing the above post while I was addressing your previous post. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that.
I'm growing weary of these posts. And so is everyone else.
Consider this a warning.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Open carry in restaurants
And I only addressed ONE and it wasn't you.
What I'm being warned that if I dont bow down to your thinking I get thrown off or is it that if I point out again how unfair and threatening you were about this very subject that you would attack me at a social event i will get thrown off? Which communistic event are you threatening me with?
Yes everybody else is getting weary since there are so many other posts such as mine about how apparently nobody can think anything but OC should be a normal thing in a society where almost nobody does such a thing and Police Officers recommend not doing so.Last edited by wboggs; January 22nd, 2008 at 04:06 PM.

Re: Open carry in restaurants
wboggs,
First, I'm going to ask you something...
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, clarify WHAT THE HECK you are talking about when you are speaking of "attacking you at a social event".
Back when we debated this stuff in another thread and you called me a liar because I stated that I did not "react"(read, freak out) when I saw a man OCing in w-mart, I didn't threaten you, I INVITED you to come to a Group Shoot and assured you that this petty friggin' bickering DOES NOT go on there.
I won't even address the obvious taunting of me to ban you in your post above.

Pa. Patriot,
What you posted is not helping.
You are making wboggs point AND mine regarding the endless poking and prodding just to get a reaction...
Think about that.
ETA: Thank you for considering what I said. I appreciate that.Last edited by Emptymag; January 22nd, 2008 at 04:32 PM.

Re: Open carry in restaurants
This thread is dead too. I'm really starting to get sick of these OC/CC threads.

OK, I guess THIS is where you thought I was "threatening" you...

LOL.
THAT was me being my sarcastic self... it was a JOKE. You see, it would be funny if you knew what I looked like. Note the "sarcastic" "Eye rolling" smiley!!!
As I recall, someone else pointed out that I was joking.
I also believe I PMd you asking you TO COME to the shoot. Not to "kick your ass", but to SHAKE YOUR HAND and SHOOT WITH YOU.
Believe what you will, but there are probably 100 people here who have met me and I doubt that you could find one person who thinks I would harm you.
