    Default Levittown/Bristol Twp. CLEO Signoff?

Anyone have experience in Levittown, PA. Its part of Bristol Twp. in Bucks County.
    with the CLEO signing off.??

I may want to get a Suppressor to tinker with for my Sig 228. Or just buying the Walther 22 with Suppressor deal I see all the dealers with at the local gun shows.

If you have a current PA LTCF, the county Sheriff should be able to certify to the ATF that you are not prohibited, that he has no information that you plan to misuse it, and that most NFA items are permitted within the Commonwealth.

+1 on the bucks county sheriff. He has signed for me with no issues. Falls township wanted nothing to do with sign offs, not sure if bristol is any better though. I can ask around at the range since a lot of bristol guys shoot there. I will report back what I find out.

Psurt. Thanks. Yes please let me know. A trek to Doylestown isn't close. Its a good 40-45 min ride up the Pike' and Local CLEO would be easier. Of course $200 for a 'stamp' vs. $15 for gas I guess balances out.

The CLEO's in Bucks County have a "gentleman's agreement" regading NFA; they pass the buck on to the county sheriff. Plan on making the trip to Doylestown.
