CCW/Firearms Safety Course in Philly?

I want to apply for a FL CCW permit and require a certification course. Where in Philly would I be able to find an inexpensive course? From what I could find, they seem to all be 100+$.

FL only requires a NRA Basic course, so finding one shouldn't be hard.

Also, if you are ex-military your DD214 works just the same. A PA Hunter Safety course card will work as well.

Also, which LEA still does fingerprinting in the Philadelphia region?

I'm not sure, but I would check with Philly PD or if there is a nearby state police barracks. I know for sure that the PSP do fingerprinting for the general public for a fee.

try classic pistol, it's not in Philly but it's less than an hour drive from anywhere in Philly.

A PA Hunter Safety course card will work as well.

If money are the issue, then go for the Hunter's ed. It's free.
