Poster in OHCCW forum called the Beaver County Sheriff and was told the "sheriff will no longer issue to non-residents."

If this person wanted to, what would be the next step is pressing the issue? ...I guess the first step would be to actually try to submit an app?

I would think so. If you think the person is serious about pushing this issue, you may want to put them in touch with Ironsight. IMO, this ties in with the "must appear in person" requirement that's not required by statute.

I was in Beaver co. last year around this time and tried in person to get my LTCF, and was told " We do not issue to non-residents". You can search the forum, and see how everything else transpired.
