Just some small odds and ends from G&C. 15% code took care of shipping.

Not the rifle, but the Sig Kilo 1250 range finder found on clearance. It will work perfectly with my long range groundhog gun and the Leupold VX - CDS scope that's drop compensated for a Hornady Vmax round!

I picked up my CZ82 from Brian Ahearn (who is a member here under his name) at Easton Firearms Refinishing! I dropped the CZ-82 off at his shop (about an hour and a half from where I live) on 10/5/2019. He called on 10/14/2019 to tell me it was finished, and I picked it up an 10/19/2019. I am quite pleased with the 9-day turnaround, and very impressed by the quality of the finish. It seems very clean, smooth, and even. Brain also put the new springs (which I purchased separately) in when he re-assembled it. Anyone considering cerakoting would do well to talk to Brian, he is also a really nice guy and pleasant to talk with.
The colors are Burnt Bronze on the frame and Graphite Black in the slide and controls. I love the added touch of Burnt Bronze at the breech and on the muzzle. Brian also painted the sights Bright White with nail polish, which makes them really stand out against the black. Let me know what you think.
I ordered a set of Walnut grips from CZ-USA (through Midway, who gives a 10% birthday discount), which should arrive late this week, but I couldn't wait to post these pics. I will post with the new grips installed.

Re: What did you buy yourself today (Photo thread)...
Early this year I bought a 1999 Gen 1 P-32 at a Cordier auction. It was dirty, and looked like it had not been used much. The auctioneer displays guns without magazines, so the first opportunity I had to put the magazine in it was after I took possession of it. The magazine inserts fine, but it was difficult to remove. With my other, Gen 2, P-32s the magazines drop out as the release is pressed. This one required grasping it and pulling. There was nothing apparently wrong with the magazine (every mag I tried stuck), and there was no apparent problem with anything on the inside. So I called Kel-Tec and arranged to send it to them. Because I’m not the original owner, I know that the lifetime warranty does not apply to me, so I asked that they contact me with an estimate to repair the gun prior to doing any work on it. Well, they didn’t. It arrived today. I guessed I’d find a bill in the box when I opened it up. There wasn’t one. They did a lot of work on it, as you can see, and they charged me nothing, not even the return shipping. Now it drops out just fine.
That’s customer service.
