Do you think the economy will survive with all that cash going to his widow?

Hope that SIG works out for you. I was interested, but a few negative reviews conbinced me to wait a while longer.

Thanks, I saw the usual negatives for a new model but supposedly bugs worked out so we will see. Just feels so good in hand, and 10+1 for such a small gun. And the trigger is very nice. Fingers crossed!

Well, after whining in another thread that I didn't want to spend money, I won this today. I did get it for a good price

Traded a guy for this up at the Allentown show. Inland made, with a Inland flat bolt, Rock-Ola slide, and Inland trigger group. 8-44 Inland barrel. Circle K M2 stock (I think). PAL bayonet. If the research is right, it was made between Sept. '43 and Jan. '44. Good bore too. Picked up extra mags in the show along with the scabbard for the bayonet.

Actually it was yesterday that I heard a little voice say "pick me!" as I strolled past the display.

    Now I need a sight.

Couldn't resist this beauty from one of my favorite online sellers Mossberg 43MB .22 WWII US Property. Has the US property Stamp, then the British Proofs, then before coming back to the US she did a stint in Israel and has Israeli proofs. Parker Hale peep sight alone probably worth close to the price of the set up - lol. I have always liked these and wanted to get one that I felt was unique and the right price. Surfing "US Property" tonight and this was the only one they had just listed
