Lol - the factory bob is definitely better than the one 38 I have that I bobbed the hammer with my dremel Seller had some "older" models, this one with the firing pin in the hammer and some newer models w/o. I liked the older one better. Model 64-4. I'm thinking maybe with the bobbed hammer and d/a only maybe some police backups or something ? I know I have some other S&W's with the same set up that were dept of corrections and pd guns, just not sure with this one being a snub.....
