I really like that one. I agree about swapping the grips out, wood or stag would look great.

Picked up a new Ruger American predator in 6.5 creedmoor. And a box of ammo too.

I owned a Tantal in the past, but sold it on to fund something else; knowing me, some old .32 or Mak. But I missed it shortly after selling it. I finally found one locally, albeit a Century build but with a good US barrel, and brought it home. Sling and Beryl front grips ordered, range trip maybe Monday.

I had one back in 07 or 08 from Century when they used a bad batch of US barrels and while it was nice looking after 30 yards it keyholed everything I put through it. Sold it for parts and just dismissed the idea of owning another unless the barrel manufacturer and build date could be verified. I know Atlantic MFG has done a couple of good runs on these but they don’t appear to come up on the 2nd hand market all too often.

Good luck and keep us posted.

An oddball, but I like my LE marked guns. Never saw one of these. Glock 23 engraved and logo for National Railroad Passenger Corp - Amtrak, Office of Inspector General. Also has "factory keyed internal safety" which I'm not wild about but never saw one of these ? I'm probably thinking I have something a little unique and will be told it's common crap - lol.
