Great service,I would send them a "thank you" note.
That gun reminds me of a 380 I had years ago.It was made by a company called Grendel and the model was known as P10,if I am not mistaken.

That was the first gun sold by the guy who started Kel-tec.

Designed by George Kelgren, founder and chief designer at Kel-Tec. The Grendel was not a commercial success but is not collectible. And I think Kelgren learned a lot from the experience.

The auctioneer displays guns without magazines, so the first opportunity I had to put the magazine in it was after I took possession of it. The magazine inserts fine, but it was difficult to remove. With my other, Gen 2, P-32s the magazines drop out as the release is pressed. This one required grasping it and pulling. There was nothing apparently wrong with the magazine (every mag I tried stuck), and there was no apparent problem with anything on the inside. So I called Kel-Tec and arranged to send it to them. Because I’m not the original owner, I know that the lifetime warranty does not apply to me, so I asked that they contact me with an estimate to repair the gun prior to doing any work on it. Well, they didn’t. It arrived today. I guessed I’d find a bill in the box when I opened it up. There wasn’t one. They did a lot of work on it, as you can see, and they charged me nothing, not even the return shipping. Now it drops out just fine.

    That’s customer service.

I kaboomed a keltec p11 years ago. My own dumb fault.
I asked them for an estimate to repair

    They fixed it free

Mine is collecting dust right now. I cut out a piece of the follower and replaced it with metal to fix the last round hold open.

Interesting.I liked it's looks and was intrigued by the gun's lack of a removable magazine.

Looks very neat. I went to the site, and they bumped them up to 179.

Where do you meet your Spanish connection? Behind El Rodeo?. Seriously though, that looks unused. Nice looking.
