Holster for my 4" Security Six from 1791 gun leather. Based on their prices, I was skeptical - but i'm really impressed. Heavy leather, has a flap to keep the hammer from digging into your side, super tight belt loops, and an appropriate cant. My only complaint is it's so supportive, you can't adjust the holster once your pants are on - with the flip side being once you pick where it's going to sit on your hip, it's going to sit exactly there; so not much of a complaint

I reviewed one for my gp100 a while ago. They're really hard to beat for the money.

    Probably the same holster.

For under $60 to my door, I'm really, really impressed.

Which holster is that? I looked on their site and they have holsters listed for the SP101 and the Redhawk. Nothing for the GP100 or Security Six.

It's their K-frame holster, Security Six is the tiniest bit bigger so it's a good idea to follow their break in guide if you're using it with a Six series Ruger

EDIT: I think they also recommend the K frame holster for the GP100, but don't quote me on that. Holster is for a 4" gun and is open bottomed.
