I ordered a Troy XM-177E2 commemorative carbine last week. Called them yesterday asking when it would ship and the lady on the phone told me that they were finishing the build and were shipping it out that afternoon. Sure enough they did and it got into Tanners this morning and I picked it up in the afternoon. This thing is beautiful. The stuff included is nice too. Surplus M16 cleaning kit, repro original manual, repro M16 comic book, two death cards, decals, regular manual (made to outwardly look like an original), and a letter stating proceeds from the sale are donated to the Special Operations Association. The rigger's sling and the A1 pistol grip are surplus. The stock is even aluminum.

The third pin is simply an engraving on the lower.

The Troy retro line rifles nicely done with excellent attention to detail, they are defiantly worth the price they are charging especially when you look up the cost of sourcing the parts yourself.

Yeah they knocked it out of the park with this one. Now I want their M16A2 Carbine.

They are listed for $1200.00 on Troys site. I’m pretty sure you have to order directly from them.

New rig, going to go back to USPSA and try carry optics. Getting too hard to see iron sights these days!

Not really bought today, but everything arrived and is assembled. Red dot isn't staying on, way too low to shoot with. 9mm PCC build.

Looks great, but I gotta ask... why are you using a PEZ dispenser as a magazine???

My range only allows a 5 round max. As funds allow, I'll upgrade to some 32 rounders
