For me, I need some GD therapy! Went to my shop today to pick up the deal I got on a Beretta APX carry. Then of course he had some "cruzans" too good to pass on deals! A trade from a retired trooper - 96D with PSP logo. Then a mint mini 14 - need another one like hole in the head, but stainless, beautiful striped stock along with 5 mags and an added side fold stock. Then I see the new Ruger 57 in the case and for me, $200 below msrp. I give up, I'm weak. lol.

Does your gun shop close up when you're out of town?

Picked up this Vortex Micro 3X from EuroOptics at the NRA Outdoor show a couple weekends ago. Finally mounted up on my 11.5 inch pistol. In front of it is a Sig Romeo 5 red dot.

I love the eye relief, light weight and dimensions of the magnifier. It’s a little crowded up there with the dot, magnifier and magpul BUIS but since this pistol will be a go to gun if needed I want the BUIS on it just in case.

The glass is clear especially when factoring the price. Took it to the range last weekend and makes tight groups at 50 and especially 100 yards much easier. Given how much I like this set up I’m toying with the idea of getting a better red dot for the glass as the magnifier definitely enhances the slight blue/green tint of the Sig’s glass.

    I’d buy this thing again.

Finally picked up another Browning Hi-Power after years of getting rid of an old Mk. I that had snapped the extractor.

Mk. II made in 1982, Israeli LEA trade-in.
