lol, i didn't read all the old posts. hardly a oneup yours is nicer. i'm about $460 into that pistol and all i did was assemble the lower, stick the upper on it.
sling is from a camera bag i tossed a while back, very cushy. chinese import flip-ups and i'll eventually replace the birdcage. haven't shot it yet.
i'm proud of my fill work on the PSA logo though.

    thanks though.

I just got back from a very small community type gun show. Picked up this Remington 12C Gallery Special with some funky date codes on the barrel. Paid very little from the guy walking around with it. The picture doesn't do it justice. Crappy cell phone picture.

Congrats on the Gen1. I've been wanting to buy one for a year or more. I can't seem to find them.

    Nice.
I have one with a 2.5" barrel, it attracts a lot of attention when I fire it at the range.

I agree. I have been on a mission the past year. I have a standing order at a couple shops in my area to call me when they get them.

Finally finished latest AR build ! Ordered the upper from a relatively unknown - TNTE ( Top Notch Top End ). Seems decent, pretty bad customer service though. Wanted a semi retro look, so got the upper with handle, then a standard Anderson lower. Used an A2 stock, but compact, seemed interesting. Then a triangular front stock. Threw in a titanium nitride bcg and a 3 prong flash hider. Then finished it off with a nice Franklin binary trigger. Just a fun gun - looking forward to taking her for a ride !

Well, not quite a gun but I know there are a lot of knife people on here also.
so after using my Lansky sharpening system for a bit over a year I wanted something nicer, much nicer.

    https://wickededgeusa.com/collection...new-2017-model

I will say the Lansky system does a great job for a 40$ price point but it's almost impossible to get the same angle every time.

I couldn't bring myself to spend 900$ on the wicked edge so I ending up finding a display unit which includes everything but the stones. after piecing everything together I have about 600$ in it and have all the stone from 50-1200 grit to start which is actually more then you get with the system.
