Basic 9mm UZI. I did not like it. There was some control with the stock extended, a spray gun without it. Same with the MAC 10. However, I absolutely love the M3 Grease Gun. With the wire stock extended, and some experience, it's very accurate for the type of weapon. It's slow cyclic makes it easy to control. I was an armorer for three years after I went from 11B to 76Y. I had a lot of range time because of the MOS. I miss the days where they not only paid me, they supplied the ammo. The best was having sat on an M60 range all day and having 12000 rounds to get rid of(they didn't like us to turn ammo in, the paperwork). six of us were out there burning ammo, changing barrels and chopping trees down outside the range fan. Always use the tripod with the T&E. John Wayneing it was fun to. Fun times.
The platoon live fire in the defense with 81's and A10's.....it's another story.

The Thompson is a fun gun to shoot full auto. I'm sure it was a bastard to carry around in the War along with it's heavy ass ammo but if you got in a tangle with someone at close range you probably won.
The Uzi to me was something I had built up in my mind that it would be great to shoot full auto and while it was fine, it wasn't great. It reminds me of the Lamborghini Gallardo, a car I thought would be great and instead after spending a few days with one on track I wanted to punch it in the nose. I still would have been interested in buying a transferable Uzi if they were $6500-$8000, now they are $11k to $15k and to me the value and fun is not there for that price.
