Really? 1928A1 with a cutts compensator. I put over 2k through one of those.

It's a 1928A1 Thompson sub machine gun.
It's currently a parts kit and will be until I get my zoning straightened out on Monday and then my SOT in my hand....then it will be back to life as a post sample machine gun.

That one will take a drum or mag. The actual receiver had been torch cut, making it "de-milled" (de-militerized) and making it a "non-gun".

Im getting a new receiver from PhilaOrd and make back to life as it should be.

I burned over 2k through one of those in ~1986. It was a loaner from the ATF. The Drum was less trouble to fill than the 30 RD mags. Everyone who had any 45 ACP showed up for the ride. My next favorite was the M3 Grease Gun. I had those in my arms room.
