Re: What did you buy yourself today (Photo thread)...
I have been in need of more Sigs and Trop had a few of interest to me
226R Nightsights Nitron Finish, E2 grips-my personal favorite, not sure its even been shot.
And I was going there and I am sucker for 2 tone guns picked this up as well, its and older German frame gun, but I like the retro fit style E2 Grips, plan to do a SRT trigger and some TFX's has dead night sites and have a cheaper carry/shop gun.

I know, I know, but I put in these low ball bids and end up winning - it's brutal. I've had a Steven's visible loader on the list for a while. Love the older guns, and these were made in Chicopee, Ma., one town over from where I grew up so nostalgia Shouldn't take much or any oxpho - can keep the 55 gallon drum from going down - lol.

Not a gun...however, amusing.

Re: What did you buy yourself today (Photo thread)...
I picked this up late last week. It's a FN 1900, John Browning's first semiauto, the first pistol manufactured by FN, and the first production pistol to use a reciprocating slide to cycle the action. This piece was made in 1908 or 9. I am a known .32ACP slut and several local shops know that, so I got a call when this piece came in. She's had a hard life and she shows it cosmetically. The barrel has some pitting but the rifling is still sharp. And the bugs have been feasting on the horn grips but they are still sound. And it's been reblued. But internally she's looks amazing. These guns are so hard to find nowadays I had to buy it.
