I received a Primary Arms MD-06L red dot, Midwest Industries Extended AK hand guards and the Rifle Dynamics M4-AK adapter. Mounted them on my converted Saiga.

Me too! I don't like where the release is on the Serpa. And the suede lining is also a big plus on the 6378.
