Very nice, Ghost! I opened up the box and mounted my first Vortex scope (seen in the latest AR photo pic thread). Wow. Freakin amazing. I have three more Vortex scopes enroute now
I didn't go up to 20x though. Too expensive (or out of stock) Two of the scopes I ordered b/c PSA was doing that ridiculous 20% off sale. The other through Optics Planet's 10% off.

Re: What did you buy yourself today (Photo thread)...
Thanks! A few months back I purchased a Vortex StrikeFire (Red Dot only model) from a member here that was lightly used. I was VERY impressed with the quality of the optic. IMO it's on par with my Aimpoint PRO except the contols are different. So I figured to give Vortex another shot since I didn't want to break the bank so for the money, I couldn't pass up this scope given Vortex's quality and the many reviews I have seen. I got it from Midway (once it FINALLY arrived in stock) and used a coupon for 15% off. The glass is very crisp and clear, and I can't wait to get it mounted on my rifle I'm picking up later.
I saw your pic in the AR thread, which scope/model is that? Nice looking gun Also, I'm REALLY digging that Troy rail! That's the 13in, right? Everytime I attempt to order it on Midway, it is out of stock..."Confiscating is not stealing! I warned him!" -Valentin16

That's the Crossfire II 4-12x w/BDC Reticle and yes, it's the 13" Troy. I'm impressed with it, but have no intentions to keep the rifle at this time. I have two other 18" rifles awaiting my tools and attention with two different barrels. I just keep flip flopping on the receivers to use.
The inbound scopes I have coming are:
Vortex Viper PST 1-4 MRAD
Vortex Viper HS 4-16
Vortex Crossfire II 3-9 w/ V-Brite Reticle.
Oh and since this is a photo thread:
Too bad the receiver it was intended for doesn't fit.... yet
