Just got a call from a buddy of mine in Ohio...he found 500 value packs of 22lr for $27 per pack at a range he frequents. He picked up 2500 rounds of it for me. Since my wife is already in Ohio, he's going to meet up with her and my wife will give him the cash for it.

I hate to admit it, but I went to Dick's today and purchased Winchester 2 3/4" 12ga rounds...$24 and change per 100. Since it was cheaper than Walmart or Dunham's, I picked up two packs of it.

We're going to have a range weekend in Ohio next weekend, and I'm gathering up all the ammo I can find for the trip. I know we won't go through it all, but I like to have more than I'll ever need.

Desantis nemesis for my ruger LCP. Been getting a little paranoid about carrying it chambered in my pocket without and a holster covering the trigger. I must say this holster is perfect for pocket carrying the LCP.

The latest addition to my growing Deutsche Polizeipistolen collection. An Astra 600/43, 9x19 mm, blowback action, matching numbers, original working-gun finish. Nicknamed the "pipewrench". Came with two mags, correct Larsen police-issue holster dated 1955. Designated the "P3". Total production about 60,000.

Made in Spain, developed in 1943 to Wehrmacht specifications from the Astra 400, but most were not delivered when the supply lines were cut by the liberation of France. This one was probably built in 1945 and sat in a Spanish warehouse until the mid-50s when new West German authorities bought them (a second time!) to equip police and border guards.

I love those oldies. Such an awesome time period to collect from.
Where did you find it? And may I ask what it cost you? I would really like
    to find one someday.

They show up on Gunbroker quite often. Decent ones are around $500 but can go upwards of $1000 for high-end guns. They're C&R eligible do you can save a little on fees.

I backordered through J&G. It shipped in 2 weeks. Atlantic has also been getting some in.

After shooting both today, I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Curious to the price you paid on the hi-cap glock mags. I'm in the market for some 22rd .40 mags but have been seeing prices from $35-$55. PM me if you could with retailer and price.
