I did the same thing Aim had them for $19 shipped last week was like for that price gotta do it. The G3 mags defiantly have a different feel, stiffer but function better as well.

My 11-87 is complete, my Remington +3 mag extension showed up today.

Here's the specs:

11-87 Sportsman, barrel cut to 20 1/2" and remchokes re-installed.
New front bead with small center bead.
Remington factory +3 parkerized mag extention.

This gun as set up shoots everything from low brass gun club loads to 3" magnums without any modifications to gas ports.

i am in the market as well but don't want to cut mine down from 28 and i know the oem only go unto +3. i have read good and bad things about the remington model extension so let me know what you think after a couple hundred rounds. where did you get it and how much?
