Worth the buy. My wife has two. Works great. Don't like the stupid safety.

    Looks easy to manipulate.

Manual said the gun WILL FIRE if dropped with a round i n the chamber. Didn't say might, said WILL in caps.

    I wouldn't carry a revolver anyways, especially one with a 4.75" barrel.

Nothing a little duct tape and a tube of JB Weld can't handle.

Can you explain to me what the story is with those guns?
They retire them and destroy them and then sell them to people that are going to repair them?

You'll have a blast. Most fun gun you can get for about $150 or under.

99% of these types of items are PD weapons that are either sold to other departments when one is done with them or to SOTs (class 3 dealers) that can get a demo letter from another department looking to buy their own. Or they are turned into parts kits when they can not sell as a whole weapon. Which is what these two are. Parts kits are scrap metal and legal to buy of course. Anyone can rebuild these into semi auto weapons.

I will buy new receiver flats, bend them, weld them, paint them, and register them as an SBR with the proper 922R parts

...or just make them post sample machine guns.
More than likely SBRs, that way i can sell them if i choose instead of cutting them up again later in life when i decide to let my license expire.

"Nate i want to buy that MP5"
"Sure thing Bern. Owe me $XXXX and here is your Form4 to mail"

Hate to do all the work and torch cut them into pieces again. But sometimes the market is higher (deff larger) for a parts kit than a whole weapon, esp a post sample/dealer only item.

The first 2 i did, standard MP5 and an SD, i made them into SBRs and registered the trigger packs as post sample machine guns.
These will probably be the same. Planned on selling the burst lower but some people go nuts over the burst lowers...which can be done with finger control, but who am i to turn away a paying customer that wants to shoot it LOL

Honestly i enjoy building them more than shooting them anymore (not really)
Always something to learn with each one.
