Yes, it is Finnish marked. And, I did not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. I don't know if I've been so excited to buy a rifle--this is one of the ones I thought I'd never own (or pay dearly for if I did).

I don't have a scale that I feel is accurate enough for an exact weight, but I tried the digital bathroom scale - weighing myself (x4) and then again (x4) with the complete rifle. I did the same holding my wife's purple lightweight build that I believe you shot at the group shoot.
Purple rifle (with noticeably thinner Faxon pencil barrel) came up as 4.6 lb
This new rifle (PSA pencil barrel and MFT Minimalist stock) came up as 5.6 lb.

I put the scale away, then decided I wanted to weigh each of my other rifles, so I weighed myself again (x4) and my weight showed as .4 lbs LESS and I didn't do anything but put the scale away and bring it back and place it in the exact spot I used it before.
Take the weights with a rain of salt, but they should be pretty close to accurate.
