Probably not for the weak at heart. I've wanted one since "from dusk til dawn" came out though. I'm sure I'll find it someday, when I actually have the money to buy one.

p.s. I hope the Zenith is feeling better. Glad I didn't touch that CZ
The Zenith is awaiting a new extractor spring and a new extractor. What I'm experiencing seems to be pretty common. A lot of have cured it with new extractor springs, some had to replace the extractor as well. If that doesn't cure it, it will go back to Zenith.

I've wanted a phenomenal scope since I used to drool over the Nightforce NXS. Now, Vortex makes the "must have" scope so I finally pulled the trigger. The nice thing about scopes vs computers and phones is that the tech isn't advancing nearly as fast. That scope will serve me for the rest of my life and be a superb scope the whole time.

I watched a video earlier today put up by Palmetto State Armory where they hit a steel target at one mile using their 6.5 rifle and a Viper PST Gen 2.

Vortex is really on their game making Glass with quality that would have cost 2x’s as much a decade or so ago. Plus a lifetime no questions asked warranty.

Does the crystal sit proud of the bezel? I have one of their "military" watches and the only gripe I have is the crystal is not protected by the case, so it gets scratched up easily. The Citizen Eco-Drive watches are great, otherwise.

The crystal is fairly flush it does sit about a 1/32" or so proud of the bezel though. Its the 1st nice watch I've ever gotten for myself, I've worn the "military style" cheap watches that you can buy from sportsman's guide since I was in high school. After having to replace them every 4-6months I decided to risk spending the extra $. I've only worn it for a day but I'm quite happy with it.

Walmart and Midway orders showed up today

The giant black thing is a cold steel sjambok, which I basically ordered to get free shipping. I though it was going to be a walking stick designed to smack stuff with, turns out its more of a whip, a bit too flexible to walk with.
