Sweet, I've thought about getting the bren before. They're cool rifles

I guess I should have at least one picture in this picture thread. First Mark series Ruger pistol I have ever owned. I handled the Smith Victory as well but this just felt better in the hand, this is not a knock on the Smith but an endorsement of the ergo's of the 22/45 for my hand.

Bought a pair of NOS Hi-Power magazines. I think they’re fairly late production.

Had to come out of my hibernation briefly because of all this anti gun talk and proposed legislation. I wanted to be sure I got a few things - lol.
My gunshop got one of the new Ruger SR-22 AR style rifles in yesterday. Incredibly well made, beats out S&W and others hands down. And price was lower than anywhere online so why not ! Also got this sweet 1959 Galesi 22 pistol. Box and paperwork were pristine, right down to the parchment paper like instructions. 59 years old and paperwork and box look new ! Lower parts kits are drying up so $29.99 - better get an extra! $6.99 with free shipping 50 cal ammo cans from Wally World = sign me up. And a 1/2 price Bond Arms holster for my gunshow bondarms 357 purchase - love deals !

2 of these to go with the Mega monolithic uppers I scored. I still need a Maten lower for the Maten Monolithic upper.

Some might think I have too many ARs, this puts me over 10 in 4 different calibers. I think it's a good start.

If you have a SP-101 and like wood and wood laminate - check out the new Pachmayr ones. Very reasonable and I think they look nice. Available for J frames too I believe - maybe others. I went with Rosewood smooth.
