Warning, another non-gun post but I've been on a good run finding deals on tools lately.

Picked up this Branick Soft Touch 36" pneumatic tire changing machine for $425! It is freshly refurbished by a shop that decided to get out of that work and sell off the machines on hand at cost. I got the last one. I probably broke down 15 tires and wheels by hand last year, between mowers getting tubes, new motorcycle tires, wheels getting scrapped, and so on. Now I just need a spin balance machine to complete the set. I see some CL deals on those but I need to do some homework to make sure I don't end up with an old broken one.

My newish Kubota L3400 made unloading a breeze!

1895 Chatellerault and 1896 Tula M91s arrived today. The Tula was incorrectly listed as an Izhevsk on the auction--was kinda hoping for an early Izhevsk (1890's) since I don't have one from that time period. Will be picking up a Finn marked Swedish Mauser tomorrow.

I enjoy the odd balls. My lgs offered me up these two Bronco Survival rifles. One in 22 and one in 410. From what we can determine, they were 50's to 60's productions - and just high on the neat factor

Interesting, are the stocks meant to be skeletonized like that or do you have to ad wood inserts?

These are definitely on my want list. I have never seen one in the wild.
    Some people just plain suck.

Certainly meets the cool factor, especially considering the age. Nice catch. I'm assuming the previous and maybe original owner purchased these as a set. I'm always glad to see stuff like this kept together.

Edit - BTW, I need to visit your LGS more often. I recognize the display case and floor, just don't get there often enough.

    That's the way they are.

A buddy of mine has a dozen or so of those things, he snatches up everyone he's seen.
I don't think he's ever fired them though.
