I paid for a HK to go from TX to Pa hang out a week go back to TX then to Pa. It likes to ride I guess. Not even a postcard. Even a chicken would send a postcard. If I ever see it I'll post a pic.

Got my hand inlaid mother of pearl grips from Thailand.
They fit poorly, the listing said fits both square and round butt but didn't show a pic of the inside.
I thought there may have been some sort of "filler" for round butts.
They might fit a square butt pretty well, I took them off, don't want to try shooting it with them.
Meh, I was the only bidder so they were cheap, the craftsmanship is pretty neat, I wasn't a big fan of the skull theme but having them in person they'll make a good display item.

Welded up a dueling tree from some scrap laying around. The angle iron is an old bed frame and I even used a bent mauser barrel as the one brace. I don't know what the plates are made of but I've been shooting them with 22 and 9 for years. They're welded to regular ole door hinges to swing back and forth on. The whole thing leans forward a good bit for spall and to keep the plates forward.

Damn, I'd have to be standing at 3 feet to hit them tiny ass plates

    Nicely done!

Looks like a lot of fun. You should reconsider the angled brace in front, though. That will send ricochets upwards.

not sure if the image works but my shoulder has been buggy since i injured it a while back, found magnum 12ga rounds kill me and even regular rounds bug me. that and the 91/30 are evil.
put a pad on it a while back, this is for the shotgun. hoping it'll tame a bit.
    stock image.

below is a photo of the S&W sport II that i haven't been able to afford. invisible photo for non existent purchase, it lives in my mind though
