From other people that have them, they are supposed to be quicker on target. I cannot verify that yet as I'm still in the process of getting my replacement sight so I can get them sighted in first. (the front sight was the wrong height)

Just picked this up today. G23 less than 2 mags through it. Factory night sights. I have a Glock 27 and love it. This will be cold winter carry.
