Blackhawk Serpa?
How can anyone except an OCer like these peices of shit? It says deep concealment on the package but holds my gun an inch away from my body. There is absolutely no way to not print other then wearing a coat. Seriously what purpose do these serve? I feel like I should be on CSI....everytime I bend over my shirt goes behind the gun. Sometimes without even bending over it does this. Even if it doesnt it angles the rear of the gun out away from my body. It would be nice for competition shooting maybe, but its marketed as a concealment holster...../rant off.

Re: Blackhawk Serpa?
It's not just the Blackhawks. I bought a Fobus paddle holster that was sold as a concealment holster and it does the same thing. The butt sticks out like it was a duty holster.

I'm 5'9" & 210 lbs. I carry a 1911a1 or GI depending on my mood.
Very few people notice it under my t shirt. I carry it in a Blackhawk serpa.Molon Labe

I use it for my G27 and my S&W J-frame. No issues from me, but I know what your talking about. Just like certain guns, they aren't for everyone.

Re: Blackhawk Serpa?
I know someone the other night that CC'd a glock in a serpa and his strong side was towards a bouncer in a "no firearms" establishment and he was not detected wearing a button up shirt untucked.

Re: Blackhawk Serpa?
Nope. Not gonna conceal with one of those things. I have one for my G19 and I'd rather carry openly than concealed - it looks less obvious that way.
Waits for the "and someone will snatch your gun right off you" crowd to arrive...I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Blackhawk Serpa?
Agreed. They are worthless for CC. A sub compact XD and a compact USP don't conceal for shit in a Serpa. (under a shirt, any way) They stick out waaaaay too far.
