CC is permitted anywhere within the park by those licensed.

OC will soon be legal as well, due to recently passed legislation (HB40/Act 10) going into effect.

If you surf over to the home page for any of the state parks and look down to the "Hunting and Firearms" section, you'll see this:
Use extreme caution with firearms at all times. Other visitors use the park during hunting seasons. Firearms and archery equipment used for hunting may be uncased and ready for use only in authorized hunting areas during hunting seasons. In areas not open to hunting or during non-hunting seasons, firearms and archery equipment shall be kept in the owner's car, trailer or leased campsite. The only exception is that law enforcement officers and individuals with a valid Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms may carry said firearm concealed on their person while they are within the park.

Are we dead certain on this?

What type of evidence would you hope for in order to claim "dead certainty"? Acknowledgment by a single park manager, some number of park managers, an attorney?

Not that I doubt you greg, but could you run over your rationale again for why HB40/Act 10 will allow OC in state parks? I mean, I think that the 2nd Amendment is pretty straightforward but antis dont tend to agree with me, so I would like a little more of your perspective as to why this is going to be a sure thing.

I guess im leaning with Statkowski in the certainty of this. I mean, am i going to be able to OC from day one or will i have to get thrown in cuffs a couple of times again like I did when I started OCing before the MPOETC update came out?

There is never any guarantee what will or will not happen to you, regardless of how clear the law is. On any day you may encounter an agent of the government who believes they "are" the law. There is no way to prevent it.
