C&R eligible .22 LR SA/DA revolvers?
What are some C&R eligible .22 LR revolvers that SA and DA?
I know there are some from Colt, S&W, and H&R. Any others? Can you tell me specific models?
I was looking on Gunbroker and the S&W and Colt revolvers are pretty pricey.
Are the H&R's decent guns?
I'm thinking 6" or longer barrel also.

Re: C&R eligible .22 LR SA/DA revolvers?
Some of the older S&W K-22's are C&R. They are excellent guns!
The 199 and 999, and plain "Sportsman" H&R's are some of the finest .22's ever made.
Pretty much any revolver from H&R with a serial starting with any of these letters would be C&R eligible. Any (2) letter serial number like AB, AC, AD, etc wouldn't. Only single digit letters up to X.

For a 999 in the condition like my 1941 made unit, expect to pay close to $500. ...unless the seller has no idea as to it's value. You can depreciate it for flaws from that $500 mark.
