Default StonewallRabbitry's York OC/CC BBQ makes the news...

StonewallRabbitry, a relatively new member with only about 7 weeks time on the forum, and he's already stirring up trouble!

So, for those who weren't aware of this relatively local event, here is the thread he started...
    http://forum.pafoa.org/general-114/1...rry-event.html

We had a pretty good turnout of folks from York and surrounding counties. Of course, plenty of food, fun, and good conversation. I would try to guess the number of people at 20-30 including spouses and kids. We took up the whole pavilion as well as 2 BBQ grills, and (I was told) about 6 tables filled with food, drinks, coolers and desserts.

(DAILY RECORD/SUNDAY NEWS - CHRIS DUNN)

We also had a visit from a photographer (Chris Dunn) and reporter (Teresa Boeckel) from the York Daily Record. It was interesting to see them mingle with everyone in a rather laid-back style of capturing the event, and both stayed for hours, making sure the information they got was well-documented. It seemed to me that they had a lot of good questions and were taking pages of notes. I have to say I'm pretty pleased with the way the event and the group were portrayed. I have no idea where the comments from a Mr. Snyder came from, if he was there none of us were aware of it.

The weather cooperated, we all had a great time, and I think I can say we all are looking forward to more of the same.

I'm not sure what the general public will think of me bringing my coyote. LOL but he doesn't need to be fed, and no messes to clean up. Mr Coyote did seem to be a hit with our group though.
    LOL, I am a woman...

It's funny when me and my wife showed up we seen the coyote and I thought it was a husky. Just thought it was a pet sitting there. Didn't pay it much attention. Then about 10 min latter realized it was still there in same position. Then I realized it was stuffed. Me and the wife laughed. Realistic lol

Looks like a good article on what looks like it was a good time. I wish I wasn't just a bit out of reach for that one!

Glad to see the overall positive response to this event. I will have to keep an eye out for another local event such as this.
