    Question Wayne County Fair

    Has anyone ever open carried at the Wayne County Fair? All will be carrying, but there were concerns about open carrying? Thanks for your assistance.

    My boyfriend says he has. He says he was followed around by a PA constable. I think they are hired to work as security. He also works in Milford, driving a cab, and open carries around town. He gets a lot of shocked looks from the Port Jervis/Montague tourists.

    On the pamphlet it says no firearms allowed. Also there is no preemption violation either as a month ago I emailed them asking who owned the property and it is privatley owned. I can post the email if you really want me to.
